  • Job Duration : 3 Months Contract – W2

    Job Location : 151 Fabyan Place, Newark, New Jersey 07112 (Onsite)

    Note :

    Working Hours : 7 AM – 3PM

    Working Days : Mon-Fri

    • Summary
    • The Operations Coordinator duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This position supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. We rely on their decision making and judgement to provide creativity in accomplishing goals. They are responsible for confidential and time sensitive data. They should be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.

    • Essential Functions :
    • Professionally handle incoming phone calls and point of contact to plant visitors.
    • Provides GL coding for AP invoices.
    • Process all invoicing to Angleboard customers.
    • Processing and maintaining accounts payable and credit card records.
    • Maintaining office supplies and organization.
    • Handling receipts (paperwork) of all raw materials and consumables.
    • Assigning account codes and sending invoicing to Corporate.
    • Entering BOL’s and Orders into tracking systems, send info to Corporate.
    • Developing end-of-the-month reports and paperwork. Review with Plant Manager and submit it to Corporate Headquarters.
    • Issuing POs for plant, maintenance, and office supplies.
    • Handling administrative duties such as filing, copying, mail, ordering supplies, etc.
    • Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner.
    • Working with supervisors leads to provide month inventory.
    • Directing employees to the best source when looking for information.
    • Occasionally act as back up for CSR tasks.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    • Position Qualifications :
    • Education : High School diploma or GED, with degree from accredited school preferred.

      Experience : data entry experience

    • ERP / Inventory experience preferred.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office software
    • Compiling Excel spreadsheets, pivot table and formula experience a plus
