Director of Retirement Services

A company is looking for a Director, Retirement Plan Services Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a strategic thought partner to the head of RPS, providing insights on process innovation and challenges

Lead and implement strategic initiatives, improving processes and analyzing performance metrics

Facilitate organizational vision and strategy through Business Planning and change management efforts

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry, with relevant strategy and / or project management experience

Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Leadership and relationship-building skills to influence decisions across all organizational levels

Experience in creating and communicating executive-level materials effectively

Demonstrated success in transforming organizations and building strong partnerships
