AFLCMC / WBV Junior Security Manager (Dayton OH)

Overview

In this role you will provide full spectrum Security Administrative and Operations Support to the AFLCMC / WB Bomber Directorate within the US Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio.

Essential Job Functions

• You will assist with a wide range of security services for programs / facilities managed by DoD, USAF, AFMC, AFLCMC, and the Fighter Bomber Crosscutter Program.
• You will provide AFLCMC / WB security operations support. You will provide security-related technical assistance to the AFLCMC / WB for briefings, meetings, and conferences.
• You will assist by recording and tracking security program action items and suspense. You will assist with managing newcomer and security-related databases.
• You will maintain an active Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) account and assist with verifying personnel security clearances. you will assist with processing personnel security investigation documents, reviewing the investigation documents for accuracy, and tracking submitted requests for personnel security clearances.
• You will assist with the development of security requirements into contractual commitments. You will assist with the coordination of DD Form 254, DoD Contract Security Classification Specification.
• You will assist personnel with completing personnel security investigation paperwork, review packages for accuracy and assist with tracking personnel security clearances.
• You will be the focal point for security, analyze security procedures, and coordinate / recommend solutions on security deficiencies with the assigned Government security task lead.
• You will support the implementation of the resource protection, force protection, and anti-terrorism programs IAW DoD, USAF, AFMC, AFLCMC, F / B Directorate, division and program security policy / instructions.
• You will identify security issues and recommend changes to DoD, USAF, AFMC, AFLCMC, F / B Directorate, AFLCMC / WB and program security policy / instructions for consideration to the Government security lead.
