AWS Data Engineer

About The Opportunity

Netrix Global is looking for an AWS Data Engineer for the Professional Services Data Intelligence department. The Data Engineer acts as critical members of the data science team. Their tasks involve researching, building, and designing the artificial intelligence responsible for machine learning and maintaining and improving existing artificial intelligence systems.

Often, a Machine Learning Engineer will also serve as a critical communicator between other data science team members, working directly with the data scientists who develop the models for building AI systems and the people who construct and run them.

About The Team

Our team works remote base, in a collaborative environment. We have a strong team with opportunities to expand their skillsets and gain further knowledge across multiple parts of the organization.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Identifying, creating, preparing data required for modern Data solutions and Data for AI
• Designing ETLs and ELTs for data transformations
• Designing, building and management of Datalakes architectures
• Working with Apache Hadoop projects (Spark, Hive, Pig, Oozie, Airflow, etc)
• Integrating and testing Data solutions
• Creating and documenting the tests to meet requirements
• Working with Bigdata Environments
• Managing Data Cloud services, data access, security and data governance
• Analyzing and prepare data for Machine Learning workloads
• Managing monitoring and logs of applications and services

9 a.m to 6 p.m from Monday to Friday
