Location : Orange Park, FL

Schedule : Wednesday through Sunday, 2 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 PM

Reports To : General Manager

FLSA Status : Non-Exempt

About LUV Car Wash :

LUV Car Wash was founded in Sept of 2021, and we have rapidly grown to over 80 locations in 6 states, including CA, NV, FL, GA, PA, and NJ. We are looking to add a Car Wash Sign Spinner to our growing team to help us continue our mission to become the best car wash in the industry.

General Summary of Duties :

As a Sign Spinner, you'll play a key role in promoting our brand by capturing the attention of drivers and pedestrians near our Orange Park location. With high energy and a positive attitude, you’ll help drive traffic to our site by spinning signs, engaging passersby, and representing LUV Car Wash with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Must be able to lift and hold a sign weighing up to 15 pounds for extended periods.
• Able to lift at least 30 pounds unassisted.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Essential Functions :

• Hold and spin promotional signs in high-visibility areas near the car wash.
• Use movement and creative gestures to attract attention.
• Engage with passing drivers and pedestrians in a friendly and positive manner.
• Represent the brand with a clean appearance and professional attitude.
• Maintain safety and awareness of surroundings (especially traffic).
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Job holders must demonstrate current competencies applicable to the job position. Every employee is required to remain updated on company policies and affairs through appropriate sources, such as the internal employee website.

Requirements :

• High energy and enthusiasm — no sign-spinning experience required (we’ll train!).
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods.
• Able to lift and hold a sign (up to 15 pounds) for four hours.
• Must be able to lift min 30 pounds.
• Working outside in varying weather conditions.
• Standing full shift.
