Program Scheduler

At Turion Space , we're on a mission to secure Earth and expand humanity's reach beyond it. We're building a fleet of spacecraft to support national security, in-space servicing, and orbital debris removal. As we ramp toward multiple launches and rapid hardware development, we're looking for a Program Scheduler to bring structure to the chaos and drive alignment across teams and timelines.

This is a full-time, exempt role based at our headquarters in Irvine, CA , and will work directly with program management, engineering leadership, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across multiple programs and spacecraft development efforts.
• Partner with engineering, production, and program leadership to develop and maintain realistic schedules that reflect current program progress and drive accountability.
• Facilitate weekly schedule reviews with engineers and functional leads to identify risks, blockers, and critical path items.
• Clearly communicate schedule status and changes to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Analyze dependencies across workstreams and surface misalignments early.
• Continuously improve how we build and manage schedules - developing tools, templates, and processes as we scale.
• Perform schedule risk assessments, generate recovery plans, and apply schedule health metrics to drive execution.
