Job Description
" Manage life cycle of user accounts according to standard operating procedures and service level commitments while respecting and
maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
" Assist in identifying, troubleshooting and resolving moderately complex problems related to user access issues
" Provide Customer support related to identity management activities including creation of customer-facing documentation and workflow
requirements.
" Manage and maintain ticket queues by processing access-related requests and facilitating communication to customer as needed
" Facilitate the certification and audit of user access rights, maintain documentation for future audits, and assist in gathering information related
to security or privacy audits and investigations
" Develop and maintain test scripts related to projects and initiatives for continuous automation of user access
" Draft and updates internal work notes and customer facing tip sheets
Skills Preferred :
IAM, access management, privacy audit, ServiceNow, user access, network access, AD, active directory administration, triage, service desk, Active directory, Identity management, Provisioning, Information security, requirements gathering, okta, SailPoint, customer service
Hybrid Role :
First two weeks 100% onsite, then hybrid schedule
