Description:

We are seeking a qualified Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Experience with the DaVinci robot and spine procedures is essential.

The position requires scrubbing, but this is not mandatory for all RN roles.

The average number of cases per day is approximately 7, but this can vary.

We anticipate an increase in case volume due to the addition of two full-time surgeons in 2026.

Common cases include general, orthopedic, gynecological, spinal, urology, eye, and ENT procedures.

Nurses will work 12-hour shifts from 0645 to 1915, three days a week.

Approximately one to two weeknight calls per month will be required.

Weekend call will be required approximately once a month, covering from Saturday morning to Monday morning.

Call response time is approximately 30 minutes.

Scrub color is blue, and scrubs will be provided.

Floating to other units is very rare and may involve providing assistance as needed.

The facility may cancel up to 4 shifts during the 13-week assignment.
