We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to support a growing retail merchandising operation. This is an exciting opportunity for an entry level or recent college graduate who is eager to learn, grow, and advance quickly within our organization. You'll be at the center of day-to-day operations, working with project managers, field teams, and client-dedicated groups to ensure seamless execution.

What You'll Do :

• Serve as a primary communication point for field representatives through email and voicemail.
• Support Project Managers with scheduling, task tracking, and project execution.
• Perform heavy data entry with accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Assist in resolving staffing needs and pay discrepancies.
• Coordinate efforts across dedicated client teams and manage one-off projects.
• Use internal software and spreadsheets to track, manage, and report on projects.
