ROLE OVERVIEW

The Senior Commercial Property Accountant position is primarily responsible for the processing of multiple commercial accounting entities, including CAM calculations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Principal Accountabilities and Essential Job Functions :

• Responsible for the preparation of multiple commercial property financial statement packages, including CAM estimate and actual calculations.
• Monthly review of multiple commercial financial statements. Due dates range from the 4th business day through the 25th of each month; 25% of F / S reviewed every month is shared with the CFO.
• Prepare monthly financial statement packages for several commercial entities. Specific responsibilities include :

Posting of cash receipts

COMPENSATION

Woodmont Real Estate Services has detailed the expected annual base salary for this role to be $90,000-95,000 annually.

This does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, including equity, benefits, and perks outlined above. At the launch of each position, we benchmark compensation to the appropriate role and level utilizing competitive compensation data from various data sources as references. At the offer stage, we use the signal we received from our interviews coupled with your experience, location, and other job-related factors to determine final compensation.
