This is a structured hybrid position which requires working in ourOwatonna, MN facility : Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Wednesdays and Fridays are home office workdays. Therefore, candidates must reside within reasonable drivable distanceto the facility.

Wenger Corporation is seeking a Project Cost Estimation Manager to join our team in Owatonna, MN. As a Project Cost Estimation Manager , you will contribute to Wenger Corporation's strategy to provide exceptional customer experience by leading and coaching Project Cost Estimator's and Construction Specialist team responsible for providing superior service and support to both internal and external customers. This team provides technical information, sales proposals and bids to prospective customers. Manage long-term development of team members, systems and process efficiencies.

At a minimum, you'll need :

• College degree or equivalent experience
• A minimum of three (3) years' leadership experience
• Strong product knowledge or the ability to learn product / application knowledge
• Ability to read architectural drawings
• Demonstrated computer skills
