Principal / Lead UX Designer

As Relyance AI’s Principal / Lead Designer , you will be responsible for leading the design and development of user interfaces for our Trust & Governance platform. You will work closely with product management, engineering, and marketing to create user-centered designs that are both effective and engaging.

Responsibilities

• Leading the design of user interfaces for our Trust & Governance platform.
• Working with a team of designers and researchers to create user-centered designs.
• Conducting user research to understand the needs of our users.
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Presenting designs to stakeholders and incorporating feedback.
• Collaborating with engineers to implement designs.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest UX / UI trends.

Base salary for this role is $180,000 to $230,000.

Location : San Francisco, California (open to hybrid, 1–2 days a week).
