Information Technology Portfolio Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a Portfolio Manager who thrives in dynamic environments and can bring clarity to ambiguous situations. This role requires a confident professional with strong executive presence who can build trusted relationships across stakeholders, support informed decision-making, and proactively drive alignment and process maturity.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a strategic partner to Business Sponsors, ensuring initiatives align with organizational goals and challenging assumptions where needed.
• Facilitate the annual planning process, including business case development, prioritization, and preparation of key deliverables.
• Provide data, insights, recommendations, and talking points to help leaders ask the right questions and make well-informed decisions.
• Lead core team discussions to foster collaboration, transparency, and alignment across stakeholders.
• Analyze initiative performance with a focus on budgets and resources, identifying key trends and responding to ad hoc leadership requests.
• Support initiative review meetings with Product Managers and Program / Project Managers to ensure progress against OKRs, financials, and delivery commitments.
• Partner with Portfolio Analysts to support resource and capacity planning.
• Identify unplanned demand and support intake processes to enable effective prioritization and leadership decision-making.

The W2 pay range for this type of role is approximately $60.00 - $65.00 per billable hour. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee of compensation.
