They are seeking a Senior Oracle DBA to join their initiative to modernize their debt issuance platform.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain robust Oracle database solutions across development, test, and production environments (On-prem & Cloud).
• Monitor database performance and implement tuning measures to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform database backups, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
• Manage high availability and replication solutions (e.g., Oracle RAC, Data Guard).
• Ensure database security, including user access control and auditing.
• Collaborate with application teams to support database design, query optimization, and integration.
• Automate administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency using scripting and tools.
• Integrate database operations into CI / CD pipelines and support DevOps practices.
• Stay current with Oracle technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements and innovations.
• Document database architecture, procedures, and standards.
