JOB SUMMARY :   Shifts : consistent 6a-2 : 30p, 7a-3 : 30p,1p-9 : 30p, 2 : 30p-11p

\n\n

May obtain and document an accurate, medication history for patients. Performs a variety of activities to assist in dispensing medications throughout appropriate areas of the Hospital; delivers medications to nursing units, prepares injectable medications, unit doses, IV admixtures, etc. ; completes necessary record keeping and performs other duties as assigned. Works in partnership with other staff members and pro-actively identifies and provides for the customers' needs using the LifeBridge Health customer service standards as identified on each campus. Performs related duties as required or assigned.

REQUIREMENTS : Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field. 1-3 years of experience. PTCB Certified. Current Maryland Board of Pharmacy Technician.
