The Manager, Project Process & Capabilities is responsible for providing the leadership, guidance, and oversight to portfolio, program, and project management tools and capabilities, providing and deploying standards across IMSC. The Manager must successfully lead the capabilities' maturation to align prioritization & execution across IMSC.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and improve processes, communications, and training necessary to support portfolio, project, and resource management across the J&JIM supply chain.
- Lead process ownership to manage, deploy, document and maintain processes and ensure that designed processes are lean and scalable across the IMSC organization and are strategically integrated with strategy and execution.
- Lead process integration with the systems and reporting requirements to deliver one end to end process; deploy training consistent with the strategy.
- Support the capability roadmaps across Portfolio, Program, and Project Management and activate improvement / maturity plans to advance effective decision making and streamline execution.
Training & Support
Ensure day-to-day process support to the IMSC portfolio, program & project management community as well as apply innovative solutions to optimize and continuously mature the capabilities.Develop and execute a training strategy that is lean and effective and supports the global and diverse user base of portfolio processes and tools.Deliver requirements and identify efficiencies to the IMSC business processes and deployment.QUALIFICATIONS : EDUCATION :
Minimum of a Bachelor's / University or equivalent degree is required; focused degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or ITEXPERIENCE AND SKILLS :
Required :
Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experienceDeep experience in leading process development, operations, finance, and / or portfolio or project managementDemonstrated experience in leading process capability improvement & optimization including documentation, deployment, training, etc. and collaborating to identify best practicesDemonstrated stakeholder / change management skillsStrong leadership skills including the ability to influence without authority, collaborate across boundaries, negotiate solutions, build a case for change and enroll teams in support of the strategic visionStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguityExcellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with the demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate to reach a desired resultStrong communication to create clear and concise messaging to leadership and the ability to work well in teams, cross-functionally, and with all levels of the global organization, as well as both internally and externallyPreferred :
Knowledge / deep understanding of Portfolio & Project Management related systems and tools; experience with Portfolio / Project management softwarePeople leadership experience and strong talent development skillsDemonstrated ability to synthesize large quantities of finance, process, and technical information and present cogent recommendationsCertifications including Lean Six Sigma (e.g., Green Belt or Black Belt), Project Management Professional (e.g., PMP or FPX), and / or Change Management (e.g., PROSCI)OTHER :

The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $102,000 USD to $177,100 USD
