Position Details :

Shift : Full-Time, 3rd Shift
Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215
Hours Per Week : 36

Compensation :

Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift.

Student Loan Forgiveness : Up to $20,000.

Tuition Assistance : Up to $7,200.

RN Referral Bonus : $5,000 for Advocate Aurora teammates.

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

Delivering compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients undergoing neurosurgery.

Coordination and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.

Assessing patient needs, planning individualized interventions, and evaluating care effectiveness.

Maintaining patient safety and using strategies to ensure a supportive care environment.

Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient experiences and outcomes.

Education & Experience Requirements :

Registered Nurse license in the state of practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Completion of an accredited nursing program.

One year of clinical nursing experience preferred.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to lift, stand, walk, and perform other physical tasks routinely required in acute care settings.

Must have the ability to handle various medical equipment and perform necessary procedures.
