We're a high-performing Managed Service Provider (MSP) in the Downtown LA area seeking a Technical Alignment Manager (TAM) who brings both hands-on technical expertise (Tier 2 level) and the ability to drive strategic IT alignment with our clients.

What You'll Do

• Partner with clients to assess environments and ensure alignment with IT best practices.
• Act as the bridge between technical delivery and business strategy.
• Roll up your sleeves when needed — handle escalations, troubleshooting, and small projects.
• Work closely with leadership to develop roadmaps and guide technology adoption.
