Borromini , the newest concept from renowned restaurateur Stephen Starr , is now open in the heart of   Rittenhouse Square  and already making waves in the press. Featured in   Eater, Philadelphia Magazine, and The Inquirer  as one of the most exciting restaurant openings of the year,   Borromini  brings an elevated and immersive Italian dining experience to the historic Alison Building at 1805 Walnut Street.

A collaboration between acclaimed New York Chef Mark Ladner and Executive Chef Julian Baker, Borromini offers an authentic yet refined culinary experience, infused with the vibrant energy reminiscent of Starr’s beloved Parc. The two-floor ristorante also boasts an expansive sidewalk café, perfect for leisurely brunches and sun-soaked espresso moments.

Qualified candidates will have :

  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive culinary / kitchen management experience in high volume, fast-paced, culinarily driven kitchens
  • Prior experience training and leading a large hourly culinary  team
  • Passion for training and development of others
  • Attention to details of food quality, preparation, and  presentation
  • Flexible and adaptive to rapidly changing priorities and work  demands
  • Strong written and computer skills
