Schedule | Monday - Friday (8 : 00 AM - 12 : 00 PM)

Requirements

2+ years of experience in a dispatcher role.

Dispatcher Responsibilities

• Coordination : Schedule and dispatch drivers, coordinate with warehouse staff, and manage transportation with rail services.
• Communication : Maintain constant communication with drivers, customers, and management via phone, email, and other platforms.
• Optimization : Plan efficient routes, monitor driver progress using GPS, and optimize schedules to maximize productivity and reduce fuel consumption.
• Problem-solving : Handle real-time issues like delays, emergencies, or scheduling conflicts, and provide timely updates and resolutions.
• Documentation : Accurately record and maintain shipment details, customer information, and delivery records.
• Compliance : Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
