The HR Project Manager will provide project support to a variety of assigned clients across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will take ownership of assigned deliverables and be comfortable in managing up communications. The position reports to the Director of Talent and Development, a leader with 20+ years’ experience in client facing and consultative human resources and crisis management. Specific expertise in payroll processing and / or HRIS implementation is highly desirable. Success characteristics include : accuracy, confidentiality, time management, regulatory compliance, sense of urgency, follow-thru, learning on the fly, written communications, problem solving and critical thinking. This position requires a high degree of daily prioritization and triage based on client need. Willingness to accept feedback and learn from coachable moments directly from clients is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in human resources, business administration or related degree preferred OR PHR / SHRM-CP and 7+ years demonstrated experience.
• Minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience.
• PHR certification or ability to attain within 1 year of employment.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License with acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and background check is required.
