• Hands on / Supervision : None
• Adult / Peds : 0% / 0%
• By Radiology Modality : None
• Other facility info notes : None
• Other practice setting notes : None
• Other notes on role : 2 MD's and 1 APP during the day.
• 1 MD on at night.
