Job description

Are you a hands-on Civil Engineer who loves site design as much as project leadership?

We’re looking for a Project Engineer (PE) who can balance technical design work with project ownership — someone who thrives in Civil 3D, collaborates closely with architects and clients, and enjoys mentoring junior engineers along the way.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead site development and land development projects from concept to construction.
  • Design grading, drainage, utilities, and site plans using Civil 3D .
  • Work directly with architects, developers, and permitting agencies.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and client communication.
  • Train and support junior team members (especially in our Tulsa office).
  • Help shape practical, creative, and efficient design solutions.

What You’ll Bring

  • PE license with 8–12 years of civil / site design experience.
  • Proven background in site or land development — commercial, residential, or healthcare projects.
  • Strong hands-on Civil 3D design skills (must be current).
  • Experience managing projects and mentoring others.
  • Great communication skills and an eye for detail.
  • Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Master’s a plus).
