Requirements :

The Custodial / Janitorial Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

The Custodial / Janitorial Person's Responsibilities May Include, But Are Not Limited To :

• Filtering and Cleaning Oil Fryers Daily
• Unloading and Putting Away Delivery Orders Twice Per Week (Must Be Able to Lift Fifty Pounds Continuously)
• Maintaining Outside Grounds (Daily / Weekly / Seasonally / Throughout Shift)
• Clean Restrooms (Daily / Throughout Shift)
• Clean Lobby (Customer Area) (Daily / Throughout Shift)
• Clean / Organize Walk-in Cooler (Daily / Throughout Shift)
• Clean / Organize Walk-in Freezer (Daily / Throughout Shift)
• Clean / Organize Stockroom (Daily / Throughout Shift)
• Clean Crew Room (Daily / Throughout Shift)
• Clean Dish Sink Area (Daily / Throughout Shift)
• Clean Soda System Area (Daily / Throughout Shift)
• Clean Washing Machine / Mop Sink Area (Daily / Throughout Shift)
