Job descriptionSign on bonus up to $3,000 for qualified technicians. Competitive Pay Weekly Paycheck Performance Bonus Opportunities Company-Provided Tools (as applicable) Free Uniforms 401(k) Match & Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) Short & Long-Term Disability + Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee Assistance Program Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance services in residential and / or commercial settings Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues with accuracy and efficiency Install and repair piping systems, fixtures, water heaters, and related components Operate and maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and service vehicle Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance Ensure compliance with safety protocols, local codes, and company procedures Document work performed and communicate effectively with team members and customers Other duties as assigned Previous plumbing experience (apprentice, journeyman, or equivalent) preferred Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and techniques Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or certification a plus

- Flexible On-Call schedule, 2 days per week 10 : 00am-8 : 00pm
Location : Tampa, FL 33619
Schedule : Monday-Friday or Sunday-Thursday
Pay : Commission-based pay $80,000-$120,000
Stop in for open interviews every Thursday before 5pm!
