Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Receive requests for Cursory Title and ALTA Title Commitments and route to appropriate vendor.
- Track and document the status of all requests and provide updates, as requested.
- Receive and review all cursory title reports and ALTA title reports / commitments to ensure completeness and accuracy and route to original requestor.
- Collaborate with in-house Legal Counsel for Development to ensure all title commitments, proformas and policies satisfy project financing requirements.
- Review ALTA Title reports / commitments to Identify all clouds and curative items. Prepare a Curative Memo with suggested curative strategy and route to In-house Legal Counsel for Development for approval of curative strategy.
- Manage / track approved curative strategy and progress through individual curative efforts to ensure marketability and financeability of corresponding projects. Update curative progress to all relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare Exhibits / legal descriptions for all executable agreements, as requested.

Education and / or Work Experience Requirements :
5+ years' experience as a Title Analyst within the Energy industry strongly preferred.Experience working with ALTA title commitments, proformas and policies to ensure all satisfy the requirements for project financing.Experience working with title opinions / reports, deeds, assignments, probate, various title curative documents, leases, contractsExperience of identifying title defects, inconsistencies, missing documents and leading curative activities ALTA surveys a plusBachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Energy, Land Management, Law, etc.) or equivalent experience.Strong project management skills & ability to work with limited supervision.Ability to manage and execute across various workflows simultaneously.Proficiency in using MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPointPhysical Requirements / Work Environment :
Must be able to sit, stand, bend, twist and lift up to 20 pounds.
