Radiology Technologist Job Details

Location : Hummelstown, PA 17036 – Prime location for Pennsylvania radiology jobs, close to Hershey and local attractions.

Assignment Type : Travel Radiology Technologist

Duration : 13-week contract

Healthcare Setting : Operating Room (OR), with occasional Emergency Department (ED) portable imaging

Shift : Monday-Friday, 8-hour evening shifts (3pm-11pm or 4pm-12am)

Weekly Hours : 40 hours per week

On-Call : 1 day per week on-call rotation

Dress Code : Scrubs and professional or athletic shoes (no color requirement)

Start Date : December 2, 2025

End Date : March 8, 2026

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1920 - $2060

Radiology Technologist Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist (Rad Tech) in a hospital or clinical setting

Current ARRT certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)

Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Proficient in operating C-arm, O-arm, and portable imaging units in the OR

Experience providing imaging support for Emergency Department (ED) patients

Compliance with Pennsylvania healthcare credentialing requirements, including child abuse clearance

Radiology Technologist Responsibilities

Operate C-arm, O-arm, and portable radiology equipment in the operating room and ED

Deliver high-quality imaging support for surgical teams and emergency care

Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to imaging protocols

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care

Participate in scheduled on-call rotation

Uphold professional standards and comply with facility and healthcare regulations
