Position Overview

TheBusiness Development Representativeplays a key role in expanding Onset DNAs footprint by cultivating new partnerships with attorneys, healthcare providers, social service organizations, and local agencies. This is an excellent opportunity for amotivated self-starterwho thrives on independence, enjoys connecting with people, and has a passion for making a positive community impact.

Key Responsibilities

New Client Acquisition

  • Identify, contact, and establish relationships with new clients and referral partners (family law firms, OBGYN offices, immigration attorneys, and community organizations).
  • Promote Onset DNAs services through networking, outreach events, and professional presentations.

Sales & Partnerships

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with leadership to build and execute sales strategies that drive consistent growth.
  • Create lasting partnerships that strengthen Onset DNAs reputation and market presence.
  • Revenue Generation & Performance

  • Earn commission on every client contract you secure.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets to unlock higher commission tiers and milestone bonuses.
  • Track and report progress through CRM and performance tools.
  • Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or marketing (healthcare or legal industry preferred).
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close sales in a service-based environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit comfortable working independently, managing your own schedule, and driving your own income.
  • Familiarity with healthcare, legal, or laboratory services is a plus.
