Requirements Analyst (Hybrid)
Location : Arlington, VA (Hybrid)
Clearance : Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain DHS suitability clearance, as required by federal contract.
Summary :
The Requirements Analyst will work with DHS CISA stakeholders to document business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and support process improvements that drive digital transformation.
Responsibilities :
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
Develop process maps, functional specifications, and use cases.
Support Agile backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user story development.
Ensure traceability between business requirements and delivered technical solutions.
Collaborate with developers, testers, and program teams to validate requirements.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in business or requirements analysis.
Strong skills in process mapping, requirements documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence preferred.
