Summary of Position :

Ferris State University's newly expanded music program, which now includes our new Bulldog Marching Band, seeks a 28 hours per week support staff member. This person will support the directors and band members through a variety of tasks, including : assisting with budget; organizing band camps, events, rehearsals, and travel; managing inventories, including instruments, equipment and music; and performing other general office related tasks.

The anticipated start date for this position is July or August 2025. However, this is an estimated date and can be revised if needed.

Position Type : Staff

Required Education : High School Diploma.

Required Work Experience :

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel in particular)

Proficiency in email software systems, such as Outlook

Required Licenses and Certifications :

Valid driver's license.
