Shipping Clerk :

The shipping clerk is responsible for preparing, documenting, and coordinating outgoing and / or incoming shipments to ensure efficient warehouse operations and timely delivery of products.

Duties :

• Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments following company and carrier guidelines.
• Verify and document both incoming and outgoing shipments by checking orders, packing lists, and shipping software.
• Coordinate with carriers and schedule large shipments as needed to maintain efficient logistics.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and warehouse inventory using scanning equipment or computers.
• Communicate with warehouse, production, customer service, and receiving departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
