The Business Development Manager will oversee, coordinate, and participate in the development of marketing strategies and outreach to enhance the Mission Point brand and highlight its service offerings to enhance reputation and drive business growth for the company’s nursing homes and rehabilitation business.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities : Strategic Planning and Development :
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Mission Point's business objectives and growth targets.
Identify key market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with senior management to define business development goals and KPIs.
Lead efforts to promote Mission Point's brand identity and value proposition effectively.
Develop and execute campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation within target markets.
Business Relationship Management :
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, healthcare professionals, community organizations, and potential clients.
Identify and engage with new referral sources to expand Mission Point's network and referral base.
Act as a liaison between Mission Point and external stakeholders to facilitate partnerships and collaborations.
Required / Desired Qualifications :
Education, Training, and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
At least five years of experience in marketing and long-range planning required. Specific skills, knowledge, and abilities
