Summary Statement
Join a vibrant team of Activity Aides and Therapists leading residents in engaging experiences and community outings. At Stockley, we believe in Active Treatment and meaningful interaction, supported by a dedicated activity team. This position assigns, assesses, evaluates, monitors, and supervises therapeutic programs and staff, trains staff, schedules a robust calendar, ensures and supports person-centered plans, completes and reviews assessments and documentation to meet regulations and standards, and serves as Administrator on Duty as assigned.

Pre-employment Drug Testing : Upon a conditional offer, you must undergo pre-employment drug testing as part of the hiring process.
Upon a conditional offer, the applicant must undergo a pre-employment base line two step tuberculin skin test (TST) as part of the hiring process.
This position is a classification organized under an exclusive bargaining representative (labor organization) that has been elected by employees as their representative for collective bargaining and other applicable terms and conditions of employment, in accordance with Title 29, Chapter 59 and Title 19, Chapter 13 and 16. This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement based on its individual terms.
All new hires are required to report to the Statewide New Employee Orientation (SNEO) on their first day of employment. Sessions are held at designated locations in Kent or New Castle County.

The 50 - bed facility provides both intermediate and skilled nursing care for individuals requiring a variety of complex supports and medical needs. Each residential suite is staffed by registered nurses and certified nursing assistants among other ancillary staff members assisting residents to meet their physical, mental, personal and social goals, wishes, and desires.
