Prosper North Animal Medical Center Is Hiring a Veterinary Technician (Hybrid role)

Position Details :

Role : Veterinary Technician / Customer Service Representative

Status : Full-time

Salary : Negotiable and based on experience

Schedule : four-day work week with no nights, no weekends, and no holiday hours!

    • What You'll Do

    Clinical (Veterinary Technician) :

  • Assist with exams, treatments, anesthesia monitoring, dentistry, lab work, imaging, and surgery support
  • Handle patient triage, restraint, sample collection, and medical record accuracy
  • Educate clients and advocate for patient wellness

    • Client Service (Cross-Training) :

  • Welcome clients, manage phones, schedule appointments, and process payments
  • Coordinate records, estimates, and follow-ups with a warm, professional touch
  • Keep the lobby running smoothly and the experience consistently great

    • What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a Veterinary Technician (LVT / CVT / RVT a plus)
  • Eager to cross-train as a receptionist / CSR
  • Strong communicator, detail-oriented, and a proactive team player
  • Passion for patient care and an excellent client experience
