ServiceNow ITSM Developer

We are looking for an innovative and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead our digital transformation efforts by bridging ITSM processes with robust ESG frameworks. This role is ideal for a professional with 6-10 years of ServiceNow development experience who is passionate about streamlining service delivery, integrating sustainability metrics, and creating impactful workflows that drive both operational efficiency and corporate responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Architecture ITSM Development
• Solution Design Implementation

oArchitect, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions covering core ITSM functions, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.

oTransform business challenges into digital workflows that comply with ITIL standards, ensuring a scalable and efficient IT service delivery system.Scripting Automation

oDevelop and maintain UI policies, client scripts, script includes, and business rules to automate routine tasks, enforce data integrity, and enhance the overall user experience.

oUtilize Flow Designer and legacy Workflow tools to automate key IT and ESG processes, driving consistency and efficiency across operations.

ESG Integration Reporting

Embedding ESG Solutions

oLead initiatives to incorporate ESG elements into the ServiceNow platform by building custom applications that track sustainability metrics, environmental performance, social responsibility, and governance indicators.

oCollaborate with ESG, compliance, and business teams to design dashboards and reporting tools that automate periodic reporting and monitor ESG KPIs in real-time.

Performance Analytics Workspaces

oConfigure and maintain custom Workspaces and performance analytics dashboards to visualize data, monitor trends, and uncover insights that drive continuous improvement in both IT service operations and ESG outcomes.

oProvide actionable insights by integrating and correlating ITSM data with ESG metrics, ensuring that digital workflows support corporate sustainability and governance goals.

Integration API Management

Data Connectivity

oDevelop robust REST APIs and scripted REST API integrations to connect ServiceNow with external systems such as dedicated ESG data providers, and other enterprise platforms.

oEnsure a seamless data flow that supports effective decision-making, compliance reporting, and real-time monitoring across ITSM and ESG domains.

Required QualificationsExperience

o6-10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with a strong focus on ITSM modules.

oDemonstrated experience integrating and managing ESG-related processes or sustainability reporting within digital platforms is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

oProficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting, with extensive experience in developing UI policies, client scripts, script includes, and business rules.
