What you'll be doing :
Supervise all store personnel as applicable during assigned shift to ensure operational standards are metOpen the store as key holder / supervisor on dutyDevelop, train, coach and support store associates for career growth within the organizationComply with agency policies and Donated Goods Retail standard operating procedures (SOPs) and the agency's safety and security policies and proceduresAdhere to the task outline for the job you are supervising and performingImplement and maintain the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) processGreet and assist donors / customers; Create a customer service standard by ensuring customer needs are met and service is efficient and effectiveAssist and resolve any complaints and communicate complaints and issues to management teamMaintain proficiency for tasks required in all workstationsMonitor and maintain overall store appearance and housekeeping to agency standardsPerform and assist in all functions completed by store personnelSupport in maintaining all company records and reports accurately and in a timely fashionAttend all meetings and training as required by the agencyTransfer to any Goodwill of North Georgia store within the territory as needed or requiredPerform other duties as assigned by managementRequirements & Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED requiredTwo to three (2-3) years of experience in retailAssociate's degree or completion of related retail management course work preferredMust have excellent oral and written communication skills in English as well as interpersonal skills, Bilingual a plusMust be certified and licensed to operate a forkliftMaintain dependable transportation and electronic communication deviceMust be proficient in Microsoft OfficeMust start employment in acceptable safety work shoesMust be able to adapt to growth and a changing environment within the AgencyWorking Environments Conditions / Requirements :
