This group guides clients through the successful delivery of commercial and industrial development and construction projects , serving as a trusted advisor from concept through completion.

What You'll Do
Serve as the owner's representative throughout all project phases — from design through completionOversee consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project goals are achievedLead coordination of scope, schedule, budget, and quality across multiple stakeholdersManage contract administration, reporting, and risk assessmentCommunicate proactively with owners, engineers, and construction teams to resolve issuesRepresent your client's interests with professionalism and technical confidenceWhat You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture , or a related field3+ years of experience in owners' representation, development, construction management, or a similar project delivery roleStrong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and schedulingProven ability to manage multiple projects and maintain clear communicationA proactive, detail-oriented mindset and desire for a long-term, career-focused positionWhy Charleston, SC?
