A company is looking for a Customer Service Professional - Full Time (Split Shift).

Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by addressing concerns and offering creative solutions for one-call resolutions

Assist customers in creating accounts and guide them in selecting appropriate service providers

Required Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in high-touch customer service

Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers

Experience in resolving issues on the first contact

Demonstrated success in teamwork and collaboration
