FurstStaffing is hiring a Patient Service Representative to join the team at a local clinic. This role involves helping patients check in and keeping their personal information up to date. You’ll also explain clinic services and policies, schedule appointments, and guide patients to the right department or staff member. It’s a key position that helps keep the clinic running smoothly and ensures patients get the care they need. This is a Furst-to-Hire position.

Hours : 9 : 30am to 6pm M-F

Pay : $15.23 / hour with a .50 differential for bilingual abilities

Patient Service Representative Responsibilities :

• Comply with established policies and procedures, objectives, HIPAA, safety and environmental standards
• Educate clients on all clinic programs and protocol
• Coordinate with medical team to ensure consistent patient flow
• Accommodate all scheduling needs using clinic standards and guidelines
• Ensure accuracy of all patient information, as well as protecting the patient’s rights by maintaining confidentially of personal and financial information
• Manage and reconcile cash drawer
• Collect data for routine and publication
• Maintain office supply inventory
