State Licensed Legal Counsel

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to provide legal support and guidance for business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice on various legal and business issues

Structure, draft, and negotiate complex agreements while collaborating with sales professionals and stakeholders

Monitor data privacy laws and create standard templates and internal policies to support business scaling

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctorate with a current license to practice law in at least one U.S. State

3+ years of experience in both a law firm and in-house environment with commercial and operational responsibilities

Passion for collaboration and driving projects to completion

A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and tackle diverse projects
