Job description

Position Purpose :

The Home Depot's Retail Media Network (Orange Apron Media - OAM) is seeking a Senior Analyst for their Research & Analytics team. This highly technical role will provide clients with analytic and measurement support by developing custom reporting, advanced analytics support and assisting in marketing measurement initiatives. As a Senior Analyst, you will work directly with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful narratives and build analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and productize custom ad-hoc analytics projects and reports using SQL for scaling to clients
  • Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using analytical tools to identify trends and provide actionable insights
  • Assist in the development and automation of marketing analytics tools, and dashboards
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to align analytics efforts with broader organizational goals
  • Help drive the adoption of measurement solutions such as incrementality testing and A / B testing with internal and external stakeholders by having strong knowledge in methodology and their applications
  • Translate business questions into data-driven analyses and communicate findings clearly through presentations and written reports
  • Stay current on industry trends and contribute to the evolution of OAM's measurement capabilities

    • Travel Requirements :

  • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

    • Working Conditions :

  • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
  • No travel Required

    • Minimum Qualifications :

  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
  • Responsible for helping others and providing on-the-job training or guidance
  • Demonstrated business / financial modeling capabilities with tools such as Excel and Access
  • Demonstrated skills in applying statistical analysis principles to business challenges
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with others
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; self-starter

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Strong SQL skills
  • Experience in one Programming language (Python or R)
  • Experience creating Tableau dashboards

    • Minimum Education :

  • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
