Primary Care Physician | $450,000 Year One!

Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

West Coast

Position Highlights

Work-Life Balance : Flexible Schedule with No Call, No Rounding, No Nights, No Weekends!
Desirable Practice Setting : 100% Outpatient; 16-18 Patients Per Day
Ideal Work Environment : Attached Clinic in a Critical Access Hospital

Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed Base Salary : $300,000 - $ 350,00 (Depending on Experience)

Sign-On Bonus : $100,000

Plus Production Bonus : $45,000 for Weekly Production

Plus Annual Bonus : $10,000

Student Loan Assistance : $125k Per Year!

Paid Time Off : 42 days for PTO, Holidays, & CME

Qualifications

Degree : MD / DO

Licensure : Active license in Oregon or ability to obtain one

Certifications : BC or BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Experience : In-practice and 2025 Grads only
