Human Resources Consultant

JL Consulting Group LLC is looking for a skilled Human Resources Consultant to join our team of experts dedicated to providing a wide range of HR solutions to our clients. As a Human Resources Consultant, you will work closely with organizations to assess their HR needs and develop strategic plans that optimize their human capital. This role involves a combination of advisory, consulting, and tactical services that empower our clients to enhance their employee performance, compliance, and overall organizational effectiveness.

You will collaborate with organizational leaders to identify opportunities for improvement, design tailored HR programs, manage employee relations issues, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. Your insights and expertise will be pivotal in helping organizations create a positive and productive workplace culture.

Requirements

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on consulting services.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
• Experience in HR strategy development and execution, talent management, and employee relations.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate and address HR challenges.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technology platforms.
