Job Description
What you will be doing :
- Lead consultations and convert potential clients
- Draft and review wills, trusts (including revocable trusts, MAPTs, and special needs trusts), POAs, and advanced directives
- Guide clients with empathy and clarity throughout the planning process
- Mentor junior attorneys and support staff
- Identify legal strategies for Medicaid and long-term care planning
- Drive business development through community engagement and referral relationships
