Job Description

Position : Roofing Superintendent

As a Superintendent, you will oversee the successful completion of assigned projects, handling both office and field responsibilities. Your duties include :

• Assisting the Sales Team
• Scheduling and attending pre-planning sessions with the General Contractor
• Coordinating projects, including scheduling, maintaining job site records, managing change orders, and conducting daily and weekly meetings
• Monitoring job progress and controlling costs
• Resolving technical and contractual issues
• Supporting crews with materials, scheduling, and cost information
• Traveling occasionally and working out of town as needed
• Truck Allowance & gas card
• At least two years of experience leading commercial roofing crews.
