Tiered Collections Model : Salary is based on monthly collections, allowing earning potential to grow with productivity and patient volume.

Annual Guarantee for First Year : To ensure a confident start, a guaranteed monthly minimum of $33,333 is provided, or the tiered collections amount—whichever is greater.

Debt Assistance : $2,000 per month for the first year to support student loan repayment while building a patient base.

Relocation : Negotiable, to support transition into the area.

Professional Growth : $2,500 annual continuing education allowance for advanced training, courses, and travel.
