Program Manager - North Carolina

A company is looking for a Program Manager-Treasury / Capital Markets.

Key Responsibilities

Develops, implements, and evaluates all aspects of assigned programs, managing planning, schedule, resources, and risk

Collaborates with business units and senior executives to align project goals with strategic objectives and develops program-level initiatives

Develops relationships with vendors and stakeholders, overseeing vendor selection, negotiations, and ongoing relationship management

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience in Project or Program management, or High School Diploma / GED with 12 years of experience

PMP certification preferred; PgMP certification preferred

Experience managing projects in Treasury Management or Capital Markets

Experience managing complex technical projects in a large bank environment

Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar
