Job Title : Security Officer's (Guard Gate, Patrol Officer, Command Center)

Environment : Luxury Boston Condos (Waterfront Property)

Location : Boston, MA

Pay : $22.00-$26.00 / hour

General Job Duties

Provide professional customer service to a client-facing site.

Heavy foot traffic location looking for officer engagement and responsiveness with residents / visitors / contractors / etc.

Interior Exterior patrols, on foot to inspect building and grounds.

High level of observation skills.

Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, clients, and management.

Observe, report, and prepare logs / reports on incidents or suspicious activity.

Respond to emergency situations following procedures established for the site.
