Chief Financial Officer

Selman Chevrolet, an Orange County Chevrolet dealer for over 73 years, is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to lead its finance functions and support ongoing growth. The role requires strong accounting leadership, strategic financial planning, and collaboration across the organization.

Base Pay Range

$200,000 – $260,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Oversee the accounting team.
• Review accounting schedules and conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy and detect potential fraud.
• Collaborate with the owner and four department heads to develop business growth strategies and control expenses.
• Manage employee benefit plans and insurance policies, including 401(k), health insurance, workers compensation, and liability insurance.
• Control dealership cash flow and flooring account.
• Work with external CPA firm on tax planning and preparation.
