The Impact you will have in this role :
Risk Governance & Advisory is responsible for the management of multiple risk committees, and for the organization's compliance with Risk policy & procedures (P&P) annual approval requirements pursuant to regulation. The team supports DTCC in meeting supervisory expectations for a sound risk management framework by ensuring that risk committee materials and P&Ps are timely reviewed, well-organized, and meaningful.
Your Primary Responsibilities :
Provides support in the execution of risk governance tasks and processes with respect to the collection, review, and publication risk committee meeting materials.Assists with preparing communications to risk committee collaborators regarding deadlines, templates, meeting dates, suggested edits, management feedback, and other governance related matters.Maintains tools and job aids to assist in the management of risk governance processes.Assist in the coordination of management and board level committee meetings, collaborating with internal support teams to handle event management from the point of planning through to execution.Demonstrates effective communication skills, active engagement in meetings and displays curiosity to learn and grow. Collaborative has a team spirit and gets along easily with others.Mitigates risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors, escalating appropriately, and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.Maintains flexibility to work on ad hoc asks from management related to any topic.Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriatelyNOTE : The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above.Qualifications :
Minimum of 4 years of related experienceBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experienceTalents Needed for Success :
